Professional Experience
I am a registered nurse with over a decade of experience working across a wide range of healthcare settings, including neonatal, paediatric, adult, and geriatric care. Since beginning my nursing career in 2012, I have developed a deep understanding of how disability can affect individuals at every stage of life. This experience has also deepened my commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care aimed at enhancing the quality of life for those I support.
Beyond my professional experience, I have personally supported someone close to me living with neurodiversity. This journey has deepened my insight into the everyday challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and strengthened my commitment to advocacy. It is this passion for empowering others and helping them navigate complex systems that drives my work as a Support Coordinator. I am dedicated to ensuring that each person I work with receives the support they need to thrive and reach their full potential within the NDIS framework.
