Professional Experience
With a strong background in nursing and disability support, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the NDIS and achieve their personal goals. I bring several years of experience working with participants who present with complex needs, including dual diagnosis, mental illness, and housing instability.
My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, with a focus on promoting recovery, independence, and meaningful engagement. I’ve supported people living with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and those with histories of trauma or justice involvement.
In my current role as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator, I work alongside participants to build capacity, support recovery, and maximise the impact of their NDIS plans. I believe in working collaboratively with empathy, consistency, and respect to ensure participants feel supported and empowered in their journey
