About Me
I am a passionate and experienced Support Coordinator, Specialist Support Coordinator, and Psychosocial Recovery Coach, with over 20 years of experience across public and private sectors—including hospitals, government departments, forensic settings, and not-for-profit organisations.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, strengths-based, and client-centred, with a strong focus on collaboration and empowerment. I believe in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them to support positive change and sustainable growth.
I have worked extensively in mental health, providing support and rehabilitation for individuals with complex psychosocial needs, behavioural challenges related to neurological conditions, and those affected by brain injury or neurodegenerative diseases. My experience includes work in Corrections Victoria and forensic settings, as well as in Integrated Family Services, where I supported vulnerable children and families navigating challenging life circumstances.
I bring not only professional expertise but also lived experience, which drives my commitment to advocate for social justice and ensure people are heard, valued, and supported in navigating the complexities of the NDIS.
Professional Training Includes:
- Trauma-Informed Practice & Relational Trauma Response
- Emotion Coaching & Positive Behaviour Support
- Supporting Families Living with Mental Illness
- Child-Aware Practice
- Family Violence Risk Management
- Parent-Child Dyad Support through Frontline Engagement
My Goal:
To reduce the lifelong impacts of mental illness and adversity by connecting individuals and families with the right supports and empowering them to live fulfilling, meaningful lives. I’m committed to matching clients with services that best meet their unique needs, and to advocating for their goals—no matter how big or small.
